The project site is a 3.12-acre property located at 100 Sunset Av in the Venice area of LA. This project would create market rate and affordable housing units with ground floor community serving space in proximity to transit and help shape a vibrant community.

Community Update

Metro hosted an online Community Update in March 2024. LA Metro staff presented an overview of the development process. The two developer finalist teams presented their design concepts to the public for the first time and a Q&A session was held.
