We want to be your ride. How are we doing?

Every three months we ask how satisfied you are on bus and rail. Here's what we heard:

How are we doing before, during and after you go to Metro?

We care about our customers at every stage of their journey with us.

We want to know how easy it is to plan your trip, how comfortable your wait is at our stations, how easy it is to pay your fare and how well our Customer Service Team is doing to meet your needs. Here’s what we heard from you:

Experience Relative to Last Year

“About half of riders say their experience riding Metro has improved since last year.”

Metro is constantly working on new ways to improve your customer experience, from adding more transit Ambassadors to support you on your journey, to extending our customer service center hours, expanding homeless outreach and improving lighting at stations. As we work to continuously improve, we want to know if your experience has been better or worse than the previous year.

This data is collected directly from thousands of Metro riders each year during Metro’s Annual fall On-Board Survey and from our Quarterly Pulse Survey which is available online. The data above was collected in October 2025. To share your experience on Metro – email CXResearch@metro.net
