Special World Cup Enhanced Service Customer Center Hours

For evening matches on June 12, June 15, and June 25:

  • The Customer Information Call Center (323.GO.METRO) is planning to extend phone coverage until 12am.
  • The TAP Information Call Center (866.TAPTOGO) is planning to extend phone coverage until 11pm.
  • The LAX and East Portal Customer Centers are planning to extend in-person customer support until 10pm.

For weekend midday matches (June 21 and 28):

  • The TAP Information Call Center is planned to provide additional weekend coverage from 8am to 6pm. (The TAP Information Call Center is not typically open on weekends.)
