Area: Northbound I-405 on-ramp from Santa Monica Bl
Construction on the northbound I-405 on-ramp from Santa Monica Bl is scheduled to continue through June 11. To address congestion surrounding the area, particularly congestion at the merge points, the northbound I-405 Santa Monica Bl on-ramp will be temporarily reconfigured. This reconfiguration, scheduled to be complete by May 28, will add an additional merge lane and provide 1,000 feet of merging space for the Santa Monica Bl on-ramp and Wilshire off-ramp traffic. This reconfiguration is scheduled to be in effect for approximately three weeks.

Northbound Moraga Dr, Getty Center Dr, and Skirball Center Dr on-ramps will be closed nightly. The Moraga on-ramp will be closed from 8pm to 6am. This is necessary to conduct excavation activities for retaining wall construction. Getty Center Dr on-ramp will continue to be closed 24 hours a day until Tuesday, September 2, 2013. This is necessary to conduct drainage work, paving, and re-alignment activities.
