Persons with Disabilities Discount

Reduced Fares for Persons with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities are eligible for a discount by using a Reduced Fare TAP card. With a Reduced Fare TAP card, you pay 75 cents or 35 cents for a one-way ride, depending on the time of day.

Do you qualify?

  • You receive Medicare
  • You receive SSI or SSDI benefits
  • You have a valid California DMV Placard receipt
  • You have a Disabled Veterans ID
  • You are enrolled as a Special Education Student in a LA County program
