Field Trip Cancellations
If you need to cancel your field trip, please contact Barbara Gonzalez at 213-922-4080 as soon as possible. All unused fare media must be returned within 7 business days of your scheduled trip (postmarks accepted).

FAQs
Yes! Schools located anywhere in Los Angeles County qualify for the program, including public, charter and private schools serving grades 1–12.
GoPass is a separate program that provides transit passes to students at participating schools. The Field Trip Program provides passes for students at non-GoPass schools, students who haven’t activated their GoPass, and all teachers and chaperones (since GoPass only covers students). Submit your field trip request first, and Metro staff will help determine pass needs based on your school’s GoPass participation.
Approved locations are required for the Field Trip Program. GoPass students may still travel to other destinations using their GoPass cards, but those trips cannot be processed through the Field Trip Program. The list of approved destinations is reassessed annually.
All Metro buses and rail stations are ADA accessible. Please note any specific accessibility needs in the request form, and Metro staff will ensure appropriate accommodations.
