Workforce development and hiring initiatives
Metro is committed to building a strong, highly capable workforce by putting a priority on creating opportunities for individuals to develop new skills and knowledge. With a dedicated Hub, we’re able to support current employees with resources and help new talent get a foot in the door.
Support for job seekers
For anyone looking to get started in transportation, we’re making it convenient to access Metro’s current job listings and the online application process at the Hub. In addition, the Hub welcomes job seekers interested in learning about hiring programs such as for veterans and workforce re–entry (Room to Work), as well as Workforce Initiative Now-Los Angeles (WIN-LA).
Metro employee training and career resources
The Talent Hub provides a first-ever Metro employee destination for trainings, professional development, leadership workshops and other resources. A computer lab is available for employees to join online trainings, check the latest job openings and apply.
