Regional Connector Constructors (RCC) will begin excavating and securing underground utilities for a new 12” waterline on westbound 1st between Vignes St and Alameda St. This work is building the utility infrastructure only and no service interruptions are anticipated.
Work is anticipated to begin Thursday, May 7, 2020, and continue for approximately two weeks.
Anticipated work hours will be from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Activities will include set up for traffic, saw cutting, breaking up of concrete, excavating, installing waterline, placing backfill material, and paving.
Access to adjacent businesses will be maintained at all times.
Pedestrian access will be maintained outside of the work area during work hours.
What to Expect
Thru traffic will be maintained.
A lane reduction will be in place on westbound 1st St between Vignes St and Alameda St.
