Utility Relocation Work

Summary

AT&T contractors will perform utility relocation work as part of the Metro Orange Line (MOL) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Improvements Project. This work is part of the first phase of pre-construction utility relocation activities.

This work will occur intermittently at various locations along the Metro Orange Line Busway and Sepulveda Bl intersection.

Due to this activity:

  • The right southbound lane on Sepulveda Bl will be closed intermittently between Erwin St and Oxnard St close to the Metro Orange Line Busway. The bike lane will be shared with vehicular lane.

  • The right turn lane will be prohibited into the LA Fitness parking lot on Sepulveda Bl (refer to schedule)

  • Metro Orange Line Bus lanes will be reduced to one lane intermittently

  • Parking will be limited on Sepulveda Bl close to the Metro Orange Line Busway

Noteworthy

The pre-construction activities include potholing, trenching and pavement restoration that will have minimal noise and dust during daytime hours of operations.
