Beverly Hills Update: PM Utility Relocation Work at Wilshire/La Cienega

Summary

Utility relocation work will continue during evening hours along the sidewalk on the north side of Wilshire Blvd. from Monday, July 24 thru Thursday, July 28 and on N. Gale Dr., just north of Wilshire Blvd. from Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 27.

This work will require a temporary closure of the sidewalk on the north side of Wilshire Blvd. just west of San Vicente Blvd. and the closure of N. Gale Dr. just north of Wilshire Blvd.

Work Dates and Hours*:

  • Monday, 7/24 from 8pm to Tuesday, 7/25 at 7am                      
  • Tuesday, 7/25 from 8pm to Wednesday, 7/26 at 7am
  • Wednesday, 7/26 from 10:30pm to Thursday, 7/27 at 7am
  • Thursday, 7/27 from 11:30pm to Friday 7/28 7am

*Pending City of Beverly Hills approval

  • Construction within project staging yards is 24-hours/day. 
  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals.
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone.

Metro bus stops for 720/20 have been relocated to Wilshire Blvd./Stanley Ave. and Wilshire Blvd./La Jolla Ave. Metro buses will post stop relocations and announce relocations and detours to riders.
