Utility Work on Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Blvd.


Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) utility work will continue through Friday, August 23 and Monday, August 26 through Wednesday, August 28 on Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Blvd from 9am to 3pm. 

Work will occur at various locations on Avenue of the Stars near Santa Monica Blvd and on Constellation Blvd. east of Solar Way. No commercial driveways will be impacted by this work.     



  • Dates: Through Friday, August 23 and Monday, August 26 through Wednesday, August 28, 2019  
  • Work Hours: 9am – 3pm


  • Access to Constellation Blvd., Avenue of the Stars and Solar Way will be maintained.
  • There will be no impacts to commercial driveways on Avenue of the Stars or Constellation Blvd.


  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals.
  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance.
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones.
  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained.
  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone.
