Nighttime Utility Work on Constellation Blvd.

Advanced Utility Relocation (AUR) for LADWP will occur on the south side of Constellation Blvd. west of Avenue of the Stars. Utility work for AT&T will occur on Constellation Blvd. east of Avenue of the Stars. One lane will remain open on Constellation Blvd. eastbound for traffic. Access to Craft valet and Century Park driveway on Constellation Blvd. will remain accessible from Avenue of the Stars.  


Dates and Times for LADWP

  • January 29 - February 8, 2019
  • Monday - Friday
  • Work Hours: 9pm - 4am

Dates and Times for AT&T

  • February 1 - February 15, 2019
  • Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
  • Work Hours: 9pm - 4am

Access Information

  • There will be no lane restrictions during this work. 
  • Access to Constellation will be accessible from Avenue of the Stars.


  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals.
  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance.
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones.
  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained.
  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone.
