Deck Maintenance at Wilshire/Fairfax

Summary

Sometimes the temporary deck panels that replace the street while excavation occurs underneath grow slightly out of alignment or a fastener needs replacing. On Saturday, August 4, from 7am to 5pm, there will be deck maintenance on Wilshire Blvd. in the Wilshire/Fairfax area. This work will involve the following traffic control:

  • Eastbound Wilshire Blvd. will be intermittently reduced to one lane between San Diego Way and Ogden Dr.

Noteworthy

  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance.
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones.
  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained.
