Instrumentation Work at Wilshire Blvd./Mansfield Ave

On Saturday, June 23, instrumentation work will continue on Mansfield Ave. just north of Wilshire Blvd. Work hours are 7am to 5pm. The following traffic control measures will be in place during this time:

  • Westbound Wilshire Blvd. will be reduced to one lane between Citrus Ave. and Orange Ave.
  • Left turns from eastbound Wilshire Blvd. to northbound Mansfield Ave. will be temporarily restricted.
  • The loading zone on Mansfield Ave. north of Wilshire Bl. will be temporarily restricted. Ingress and egress from 5115 Wilshire Blvd. (Avalon Apartments) will be maintained with the assistance of flaggers. 


  • Construction within project staging yards is 24-hours/day. 
  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals.
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone.
  • Access for emergency responders will be maintained.
  • Construction is a dynamic process and information is subject to change without notice.
