Summary

Regional Connector Constructors (RCC) will install cap beams in support of on-going pile and deck operations at the 5th/Flower intersection to 6th St.

Work is anticipated to begin on Monday, July 31, and will continue through December 31.

Anticipated work hours are:

  • Monday through Friday: 9 am to 3:30 pm; 7 pm to 5 am of the following day
  • Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lane reductions will be in place at the following locations:

  • Flower St. between 4th St. and 5th St.
  • Flower St. between 5th St and 6th St.
  • 5th St. between Grand Ave. and Figueroa St.

Thru traffic will be maintained on Flower St. and 5th St.

What to Expect

Right turns from Flower St to 5th St may be intermittently restrictured during work hours. Access to businesses and driveways will be maintained during this activity.
