Monday, March 27: The start date for this activity has been rescheduled to March 28.
Regional Connector Constructors (RCC) will be installing geotechnical instrumentation around the 3rd St. and Flower St. intersection.
Work will begin on Tuesday, March 28 for eight days. Anticipated work hours, weather permitting, are from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
Access to nearby businesses will be maintained.
At least three crosswalks will be maintained at all times. Access to pedestrians will be maintained outside of the work area.
Geotechnical instrumentation is needed to monitor the underground work during construction.
What to Expect
Westbound 3rd St. will be reduced to a single through lane during work hours. Left turns from 3rd St. onto southbound Flower St. will be maintained at all times.
Northbound Flower St. will be reduced to a single left turn lane during work hours.
On Friday, March 31, southbound Flower St will be reduced to a single lane between 1st St. and 3rd St. Right turns onto westbound 3rd St. will be maintained at all times.
