Regional Connector Constructors (RCC) will begin removal of temporary concrete deck panels on Flower St, between 4th St and 5th St. Work is anticipated to begin as early as Friday, March 5, 2021 and continue for approximately sixteen weekends. Work hours, weather permitting, are Fridays, 7 pm, to Mondays, 5 am.

What to Expect
Activities include traffic control mobilization, equipment mobilization, deck panel removal, delivery of backfill material, final utility placement, along with civil restorations.
Construction equipment will be staged and demobilized from the site daily. This work is being coordinated with other activities in the area to minimize impacts to the community.
Temporary closure of crosswalks at Flower St, 4th St, and 5th St will be in place during work hours. Pedestrians will be detoured outside the construction zone.
Full weekend closures of Flower St, between 4th St and 5th St, as well as a closure of the eastbound 3rd St off-ramp of the I-110 North.
Southbound Flower St: Right at 3rd St, left at Beaudry Av, left at 6th St , and right, back onto Flower St.
Southbound Hope St: Left at 1st St, right at Grand Av, right at 5th St, and left, back onto Flower St.
Eastbound lower 4th St: Slight left onto upper 4th St, right at Hope Pl, right at Grand Av, right at 5th St, and left, back onto Flower St.
Eastbound 3rd St exit of I-110 North: Left onto westbound 3rd St exit, left at Beaudry Av, and east onto upper 4th St.
Local access to businesses within the work zone will be coordinated.
