Summary
Metro will perform non-invasive Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) work to detect, mark and confirm any underground structures related to the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit.
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) work will occur on street intersections along Van Nuys Bl between Titus St and Erwin St. Due to this activity:
- Van Nuys Bl will be reduced to one lane in each direction at certain intersections
- Left turn lanes will be prohibited at certain intersections north bound and south bound on Van Nuys Bl
- Cross streets will be closed and open only to residents (refer to schedule)

What to Expect
Some bus stops may be temporarily relocated due to this activity. Please look for posted signs at affected bus stops. No work will take place on Holidays. Dates are subject to change. For the most updated information, please visit the project's website.
Noteworthy
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) work consists of marking underground utility locations on the pavement with non-permanent paint and will not have loud noises during the night time hours of operation.
