As part of the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, Metro’s contractor, Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will continue working on traffic signal improvements in Park Mesa. The work includes small sections of sidewalk demolition and replacement, pullbox installation, and conduit work.
This work will be performed within small closures throughout the frontage road. This space will allow for one or two work trucks and a small piece of equipment. Parking impacts will be limited to one or two spaces for construction zone. The frontage roads will remain open to pedestrians, through vehicular traffic and parking during and after work hours.
WHAT: Traffic Signal Preparation
WHEN: December 27, 2016 through January 21, 2017, 7am to 5pm Monday through Sunday, excluding Holidays and weather permitting.
WHERE: Northbound and Southbound lanes on Crenshaw Bl and Frontage roads between59th St and 46th St
DURATION: Four weeks
