Summary
As part of Metro’s Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will be working on roadway improvements at the intersection of La Cienega Bl and Florence Av. This work will include ADA ramps, reconstruction of driveways and the median and will be done in five phases. Each phase will last approximately one week.

WHEN: Starting on April 2, 2018, 9am to 4:30pm and 9pm to 5am Monday through
Friday; 8am to 5pm and 9pm to 5am Saturday, weather permitting.
WHERE: La Cienega Bl and Florence Av
DURATION: Five weeks
What To Expect
Phase I
- One northbound and southbound lane reduction on La Cienega Bl at Florence Av.
- Left turn movements will be maintained at the La Cienega Bl and Florence Av intersection.
Phase II
- One southbound lane reduction on La Cienega Bl at Florence Av.
- Right turn restriction from southbound La Cienega Bl to westbound Florence Av.
- One westbound lane reduction on Florence Av at La Cienega Bl.
Phase III
- One southbound lane reduction on La Cienega Bl at Florence Av.
- Right turn restriction from southbound La Cienega Bl to westbound Florence Av.
- One eastbound lane reduction on Florence Av at La Cienega Bl.
- Right turn restriction from eastbound Florence Av to southbound La Cienega Bl.
- La Cienega Bl and Florence Av southwest corner will be closed. Pedestrians will be redirected Manchester Av.
Phase IV
- One southbound and northbound lane reduction on La Cienega Bl at Florence Av.
- One eastbound lane reduction on Florence Av at La Cienega Bl.
- Both sidewalks on the south side of Florence Av will be closed. Pedestrians will be redirected to Manchester Av.
Phase V
- One northbound lane reduction on La Cienega Bl at Florence Av.
- One westbound lane reduction on Florence Av at La Cienega Bl.
Access to emergency responders will be maintained
