As part of Metro’s Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will be working on the storm drain installation located on West Bl between 71st St and Florence Av. This will require a lane reduction in each direction on Florence Av at West Bl for two months.

- One northbound lane reduction on West Bl
- Left turn restriction for eastbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl
- Right turn restriction for westbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl
- Left turn restriction for southbound traffic on West Bl onto Florence Av
- Right turn movements will be maintained for southbound traffic on West Bl onto Florence Av
Phase 2: Intersection of West Bl and Florence Av
- Left turn restrictions for eastbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl
- Right turns for westbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl will be maintained
- Left turn restriction for southbound traffic on West Bl onto Florence Av
- Right turn movements will be maintained for southbound traffic on West Bl onto Florence Av
Phase 3: Intersection of West Bl and Florence Av and center of Florence Av
- Reduction of one eastbound and westbound lane on Florence Av at West Bl
- Left turn restriction for eastbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl
- Right turns for westbound traffic on Florence Av onto West Bl will be maintained
- Left turn restriction for southbound traffic on West Bl onto Florence Av
