Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will be working on civil improvements in Park Mesa. The civil work includes frontage road curb and gutter reconstruction, sidewalk reconstruction. In addition, electrical work will also take place. The work will be conducted in segments and phases. The first segment will be for southbound Crenshaw Bl between Westmount Av and Frontage Rd.
The first phase includes a three week closure of the frontage road to allow for removal and replacement of the curb and gutter. During this segment all except for a 5’ portion of the sidewalk will be removed. A 5’ section of sidewalk will remain in place for pedestrian access.
Following the three week closure, the frontage road will be reopened to vehicle traffic and parking.
The second phase includes electrical work including utility, signal and street lighting work over the next three months. Upon completion of the electrical work, the sidewalk will be replaced and fully reopened.

What to Expect
- Driveway access will be maintained.
- Access to emergency responders will be maintained.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained or rerouted to a safe area outside of the construction zone.
- Parking restrictions will be implementecd.
