Pile Installation on Crenshaw Blvd. between 60th St. and 67th St.

Summary

Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will be installing soldier piles on Crenshaw Blvd. between 60th St and 67th St. This work will begin on 60th St. and move south to 67th St.

Lane closures will be implemented block by block to minimize impacts.

Through access on cross streets will be maintained.

WHEN: Beginning Monday, April 11, 2016, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday; and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting.

WHERE:  Crenshaw Blvd. between 60th St. and 67th St.

DURATION: Two months

What to Expect

  • Intersections with existing left movements will be maintained.
  • Noise and vibration will be generated from the pile driving activity.
  • Sound blankets will be used to mitigate noise.  
  • Access to emergency responders will be maintained.
