Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will be implementing a full closure and reconfiguration of Victoria Av between 67th St and 71st St. The exact limits of the closure will be the current abandoned railroad tracks (Metro Right-Of-Way). Local access will be maintained up to the closure boundaries.

The closure is necessary for the safety of construction and traveling public.

Upon completion of the work, Victoria Av, north of the railroad tracks, will become a cul-de-sac and Victoria Av, south of the railroad tracks, will lead into a new city street that will run parallel to the rail line.
