Environmental Overview

An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) are being prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to comply with state and federal environmental requirements, respectively. The Link US Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is available for public review from January 17 to March 4, 2019. See Meetings tab for more information regarding the public hearing and release of the Draft EIR.
