Metro’s plan includes creating access to opportunity by partnering to build near Indiana Station on the L Line (Gold). This joint development project with A Community of Friends is planned to have 49 apartments, providing supportive and affordable housing to veterans and their families, as well as retail space.

Status

In June 2021, the Metro Board of Directors approved amending the Joint Development Agreement with A Community of Friends. Construction is expected to begin in late 2021/early 2022.
