"A little something extra"
Yapa is a restaurant and bar located in downtown Los Angeles' Little Tokyo neighborhood. Yapa derives its philosophy from the Quechua word translated as “a little something extra”. The concept is inspired by the concept of Nikkei (which is Japanese culture and influence from Japanese emigration to other parts of the world), as it applies to Chef Richie Lopez’s native country of Peru and as it applies to Los Angeles on the whole.
Yapa is located on 236 S. Los Angeles; just a few blocks away from the Metro Gold Line (Little Tokyo/Arts District Station). For your best route, use the Trip Planner.
