L.A. Metro to Hold Scoping Meetings for New North Hollywood to Pasadena Bus Rapid Transit Project

L.A. Metro Celebrates Unveiling and Naming of Tunnel Boring Machines for Purple Line Extension Project Section 2 Between Beverly Hills and Century City

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) joined elected officials and community members today in Century City for a ceremonial naming and unveiling of its second set of tunnel boring machines that will dig twin subway tunnels between Beverly Hills and Century City. Subway tunneling is expected to begin in early 2020.

Metro to Close Two Expo Line Stations for 60 Days Beginning June 22 as Part of New Blue Improvements Project in Downtown L.A.

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) reminds the public that beginning June 22 Expo Line service at 7th St/Metro Center and Pico stations will be closed for 60 days for construction work that is part of the northern segment work on the Blue Line Improvements Project. The two Expo Line stations are expected to reopen in late August.

L.A. Metro Marks Halfway Mark for Construction of First Four-Mile Section of the Purple Line Extension Project
