Metro’s Popular Dodger Stadium Express Service from Union Station and Harbor Gateway Transit Center to the Ballpark will Launch This Thursday

Metro will provide Dodger Stadium Express bus service from Union Station in downtown Los Angeles to Dodger Stadium for the 2016 baseball season, beginning with exhibition play between the Dodgers and Anaheim Angels on Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 and for the season opener against Arizona on Tuesday, April 12. The service is provided under a grant approved by the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC).

Metro’s Board of Directors Approves Release of Draft Expenditure Plan for Public Review that Outlines more than $120 billion in Transit and Highway Projects

Public Review Process Begins

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) Board of Directors today approved the release of a draft expenditure plan for public review and input that could become part of a possible November ballot measure to fund a wide variety of transit and highway projects, local roadway improvements and pedestrian and bike paths to be built over the next four decades.

Metro to Host Program EIR Scoping Meeting for Union Station Master Plan March 31

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) has initiated its Program Environmental Impact Report (Program EIR) process for the Los Angeles Union Station Master Plan, and will be conducting a meeting March 31 to receive public input.

Metro to Complete Major Gold Line Track Relocation Work for Regional Connector Transit Project and Restore Gold Line Service to the Little Tokyo Station Sunday, March 20

Following months of major construction work for the Regional Connector Transit Project, Metro and its contractors have completed track relocation work at 1st Street and Alameda and will restore Metro Gold Line service to the Little Tokyo Station effective with the start of rail service on Sunday, March 20.
