MTA, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Hold First General Meeting of Mobility-21 Coalition

(Los Angeles) - Seizing on the resolve generated by last fall’s historic Mobility-21 transportation summit, the Mobility-21 Coalition held its first general meeting as it pursues consensus and funding for practical solutions to L.A. County’s transportation challenges. MTA and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce were joint sponsors of the Nov. 18 summit.

MTA Board Approves Purchase of 70 Additional High-capacity 45- Foot High-tech Buses

Metro South Bay Service Sector Governance Council to Hold First Meeting

(Los Angeles) - The newly formed Metro South Bay Service Sector governance council will hold its first meeting Friday, Jan. 17 at 9 a.m. at the Carson Community Center, 801 E. Carson St. in Carson. The council will oversee service sector efforts to improve MTA bus service in the South Bay.
