5. RECEIVE report of the Chair.

6. RECEIVE report of the Chief Executive Officer.

7. RECEIVE oral report from Southern California Association of Governments on Implementation of the 2012-2035 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy.

8. RECEIVE oral report on the Arroyo Seco Parkway Corridor Partnership Plan.

9. CONSIDER:

A. adopting Countywide Sustainability Planning Policy, which establishes a framework for integrating sustainability into the Agency's planning functions and serves as a resource for local jurisdictions working to create a more sustainable transportation system; and

B. receiving and filing the Countywide Sustainability Planning Policy Implementation Plan to guide work efforts in implementing the Policy and to replace the Sustainability Implementation Plan, which was developed in 2007 and included a list of suggested projects through the end of Fiscal Year 2012.

Consideration of items not on the posted agenda, including: items to be presented and (if requested) referred to staff; items to be placed on the agenda for action at a future meeting of the Committee or Board; and/or items requiring immediate action because of an emergency situation or where the need to take immediate action came to the attention of the Committee subsequent to the posting of the agenda.
