28. RECEIVE AND FILE Office of the Inspector General’s report on the review of Law Enforcement and Security Options.

29. WITHDRAWN: AUTHORIZE the Chief Executive Officer to execute Modification No. 12 to Contract No. PS2610LASD with the County of Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (LASD) to provide law enforcement services for up to twelve (12) months for the period covering July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 in the amount not-to-exceed $90,417,292, inclusive of $1,530,316 to purchase law enforcement vehicles as part of the mobilization cost of the new LASD Transit Police Division and Rail Expansion, thereby increasing the total contract value from $466,719,113 to $556,490,359.

30. WITHDRAWN: AUTHORIZE the Chief Executive Officer to implement a six month pilot program permitting sworn plainclothes/undercover law enforcement personnel to ride Metro transit system under fare exemption.

31. RECEIVE oral update on recruitment of 3 new positions for security and law enforcement.

32. RECEIVE oral update on Transit Security Officers and protective equipment.

35. RECEIVE AND FILE the monthly update on transit policing performance.
