Please find a safe, alternative ride.
If you get a ride from a taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft), Metro will offer reimbursement for the following:
- Only if Metro suspends service for its entire bus and rail system
- For your alternative travel taken only during the time of suspended service
- For a limit of $20 of your alternative travel cost
