Living Wage and Service Contract Worker Retention Policy

The Living Wage Policy (LWP) is applicable on Professional Service Contracts that are $25,000 or greater and have a contract term of twelve (12) months or more. The LWP also provides employees with at least twelve (12) days compensated time off for full time employees and six (6) for part time employees, who meet the criteria for a covered employee. The living wage rate expires on June 30 th of each year. The maximum potential yearly increase for living wage is 3% of the total wage.
