Living Wage and Service Contract Worker Retention Policy

The Living Wage Policy (LWP) is applicable on Professional Service Contracts that are $25,000 or greater and have a contract term of twelve (12) months or more. The LWP also provides employees with at least twelve (12) days compensated time off for full-time employees and six (6) for part-time employees, who meet the criteria for a covered employee. The living wage rate expires on June 30 th of each year.

*A maximum of the posted amount may be used to provide health benefits. If no health benefits are provided, this amount must be paid to be employees.
