Mobile Centers

To improve service to underserved areas through Los Angeles, Metro has launched a new pilot Mobile Customer Center.

The MCC is a logo-wrapped van that provides a variety of transit services to the community such as intake of Reduced Fare applications (including photo taking for seniors), issuance of temporary Reduced Fare cards to qualified Reduced Fare applicants, and TAP fare media sales.

The MCC is currently scheduled to be tested at Senior Centers and Community Centers, with further expansion to other locations in the future.
