Metro’s Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) Service Excellence Award Program

Each month the AAC recognizes Metro staff who have provided superior service in assisting customers with disabilities. These admirable individuals have shown great dedication; working to ensuring that Metro’s transit services and facilities are accessible to all. Recipients of the Service Excellence Award are identified by Customer Commendations, AAC Members, Mystery Rider Reports, and Metro staff.
