1.  Call To Order

Frank Chavez, Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m.

2.  Action: Approval of August 9, 2018 Minutes

Cynde Soto motioned to approve the minutes. Kathleen Barajas seconded the motion. Minutes were approved by majority vote.

3.  Discussion: Discuss Draft of December 2018 Meeting Agenda

The committee discussed agenda/schedule for the December retreat. Retreat will be held at the Union Station Conference

Room on December 13, 2018 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. There will be icebreaker activities and discussions on the committee’s 2018 accomplishments and 2019 goals.

4.  New Business: Raised Subsequent to the Posting of the Agenda

No new business raised.

5.  PUBLIC COMMENT

No public comment.

6.  ADJOURNMENT

Jared Rimer, 2017-2018 First Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 11:52 a.m.

2.  Action: Approval of August 9, 2018 Minutes

Jared Rimer motioned to approve the minutes. Liz Lyons seconded the motion. Minutes were approved by majority vote.

3.  Action: Review and Approve New Application

New member application was reviewed and approved by majority vote. Metro staff will notify new member of her acceptance to the committee.

4.  Discussion: Discuss Draft of November 2018 Meeting Agenda

Possible presentations will include: NextGen Bus Study Update, Presentation from Braille Institute Regarding the 2018 Cane Quest Event, MicroTransit Project, and the New Blue project shuttle services during construction.

5.  New Business: Raised Subsequent to the Posting of the Agenda

No new business raised.

6.  PUBLIC COMMENT

No public comment.

7.  ADJOURNMENT
