1. Call To Order
First Vice Chair Linda Keeney began the meeting at 1:05 p.m., followed by self-introductions.

2. ACTION: Review Complaints Regarding Customers with Visual Impairments
Joanna Lemus, Accessibility Administrator, reported on the complaints received from September 2014 – September 2015 that involved customers with visual impairments. Discussion was held regarding the complaints received and how to reach out to more individuals that may not know how make a complaint.

3. NEW BUSINESS: Raised Subsequent to the Posting of the Agenda
John Mavis commented that Operators needed to improve their communication skills with customers with disabilities.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.

5. ADJOURNMENT

Meeting adjourned at 1:35pm
