1. Call To Order

Chair Ellen Blackman called the meeting to order at 12:16 p.m.

2. Action: Approval of January 14, 2016

Minutes were postponed for approval until the next meeting.

3. ACTION: Approve New Member Applications

New member applications were reviewed. New members appointed were Cynde Soto and Elizabeth Lyon.

4. ACTION: Approve DRAFT March 2016 AAC Meeting Agenda

Staff shared a comment made by Blanca Angulo in regard to requesting that Operations, again present issues relating to customers with visual impairments. Frank Chavez commented on items to consider for future AAC meetings. Mr. Chavez suggested that an update on the TAP program be presented and information on the task force to prepare for the Rams games. The Steering Committee approved items to be considered for the March 2016 meeting.

6. ADJOURNMENT

Meeting adjourned at 12:44 p.m.
