Living in San Francisco, you can jump on a train and make it to your favorite destinations. It drops you closer than if you drove. When I first moved to Long Beach I realized that parking was terrible. I would park and walk farther than if I left my car and just walked to Metro. Taking Metro is a great choice, and for me it saves time and headaches. My point is that we have this great opportunity to get around LA, at a low cost. Our community needs to utilize this opportunity. We know budget cutbacks can reduce or eliminate certain transit options. Show your support for this transportation option.
