I rode Metro Line 224 to the Red Line, and then transfered to Line 81 to get to the California Science Center. I had to do several projects for my biology class and had an adventure getting to the Science Center on Metro. The day I went there was a major walk-a-thon happening and some of the streets were blocked off. It was a good thing Metro was there because there's no way I could have driven my car downtown with all of the road closures. I was able to save on parking fees too. Another benefit to riding Metro was that it allowed me to try some new restaurants and meet some nice USC students on the way.
