I recently lost my car because of really bad family problems. The only car my mom and I have is a truck we share. We were recently made homeless and had to move in with my uncle who lives in Koreatown. I go to school at CSULB! You can imagine how my heart sank seeing how many miles I would have to drive and imagining the gas prices I'd pay! Well, thank God for Metro and the bus. It's been a little crazy getting the hang of the system, but I am so thankful that I didn't have to stop going to my classes just because of one single car and the lack of funds. Metro is a life saver and very affordable.
