Description
Blue Line: December 31 into January 1: trains will operate Overnight 24-Hour service every 20 minutes after the last regularly scheduled train of the night and continuing until the first regularly scheduled train the following morning. However, due to a New Year’s Eve event in Downtown Long Beach, from 7pm through 3am, southbound trains from Los Angeles will only travel as far south as 1st St Station.
- Long Beach Transit Mall will be closed.
- Pacific Station will be served by a shuttle train from Anaheim St Station.
- Expect 10 min delays at all stations south of Willow Station.
- Select southbound trains may turnback north from Willow Station.
Patrons are reminded that Metro Rail & Orange Line will operate special OVERNIGHT 24-HOUR SERVICE until beginning of service New Year's Day 1/1 & FREE from 9pm 12/31 thru 2am 1/1. Metro Day Pass is valid until 3am.
