Location: 9th St. between Main St. & Los Angeles St.

Reason: Red Carpet Event

Eastbound Only: Regular route to 9th St. and Broadway, then continue via 9th St. to (R) Main St., (L) Olympic Blvd., (L) Los Angeles St., (R) 9th St. and regular route.
