In effect: Saturday, August 4, 2012 only, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. And Saturday, August 11, 2012 only, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Or when barricades are present

Location: Soto St. between Alcazar St. & Lancaster Ave.

Reason: Construction

Northbound:   Regular route to Soto St. and Wabash Ave. then continue via Soto St. to (L) Marengo St, (R) Mission Rd, (R) Valley Blvd, (L) Soto St. (Access Ramp) (R) Soto St. and regular route.

Southbound:   Regular route to Soto St. and Multnomah St. then continue via Soto St. to (L) Valley Blvd. (Access road), (R) Valley Blvd, (L) Mission Rd, (L) Marengo St, (R) Soto St. and regular route.
