Location: Ventura Blvd. & Tyrone Ave

Reason: Construction 

Southbound Only: Regular route to Van Nuys Blvd. and Hortense St,  then continue via Van Nuys Blvd. to (L) Moorpark St, (R) Hazeltine Ave, (R) Ventura Blvd, (R) Tyrone Ave, (L) Moorpark St. and regular route.
