I-405 Sepulveda Pass Improvements
The I-405 Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project will add a 10-mile HOV lane and improve supporting infrastructure on the San Diego I-405 Freeway, while widening lanes from the Santa Monica I-10 Freeway to the Ventura 101 Freeway. This project will reduce existing and forecasted traffic congestion on the I-405 and enhance traffic operations by adding freeway capacity in an area that experiences heavy congestion. In addition to these modifications, the project will improve both existing and future mobility and enhance safety throughout the corridor.

Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor
The Metro Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor Project will extend from the existing Metro Exposition Line at Crenshaw and Exposition Boulevards and will travel for 8.5 miles to Metro Green Line's Aviation/LAX station. This new Metro Rail extension will greatly improve mobility in the corridor by offering an alternative transportation option to congested roadways and provide significant environmental benefits, economic development and employment opportunities throughout Los Angeles County.
