Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom Programs Application Guidelines and Forms
The application consists of a Checklist and three parts: Part I includes a Cover Page with information about the applicant and the project; Part II is the Project Narrative; and Part III is the Proposed Project Budget. A maximum of 10 pages will be accepted for Part II, not counting letters of support and other supporting documentation you may want to include.
