Metro has prepared the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Canoga Transportation Corridor, the proposed northern extension of the Metro Orange Line. This extension would connect the Metro Orange Line Canoga Station with the Chatsworth Metrolink Station.
The FEIR is comprised of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) plus the newly published FEIR Addendum. The FEIR Addendum contains responses to comments made on the DEIR plus a summary of the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) and the Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP).

On Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 1 p.m., the Metro Board's Planning and Programming Committee will consider a recommendation to certify the FEIR. This meeting will be held in the Board Room at Metro headquarters, One Gateway Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90012 adjacent to Union Stations). Public comment is limited to one minute per speaker.
On November 17 and 18, 2008, Metro held two final project presentation meetings at Chatsworth High School and New Academy of Canoga Park to explain the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for this project. Below is the powerpoint presentation and presentation boards used for these meetings.
