District A1 - Central Business District
The Tax year 2008 rate for District A1 is $0.27 per assessable square foot. District A1 covers approximately 1,205 acres and encompasses the downtown area of the City of Los Angeles. This area includes Bunker Hill, the Civic Center portions of Chinatown, Little Tokyo and the Financial District.
